NOTICE OF THE FORTIETH ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
In accordance with Article 8.3 of the NUS MBA Alumni Association Constitution, NOTICE is hereby given that the FORTIETH ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING of NUS MBA Alumni Association will be held on Saturday 26 APRIL 2025 2:00pm to 4:00pm

Opening Address by President
To receive and approve the Statement of Accounts of the Executive Council for the financial year ending 31 December 2024 as certified by the auditors
To receive and adopt the Annual Report of the Executive Council highlighting activities, initiatives and events spearheaded by the NUS MBA Alumni Association body the period March 2024 to February 2025
To transact any other business of which notice in writing has been given by a Life member to the Honorary Secretary at least a week before the meeting is due to be held. The motion must be supported by two other Life members
