Extraordinary General Meeting

Agenda

1. Name Change

• During our 37th AGM on 26 February 2022, we agreed to initiate the process to change our name from MBA Alumni - NUS to NUS MBA Alumni Association to be more intuitive for our members to remember & communicate.
• We have since approached the Registry of Societies (ROS) and received in-principle approval to change our name.
• We have also received support from the NUS Business School for the name change.

2. Revision of Associate Membership (student membership) Fees

• Revise it associate membership fee to be on par our Life Membership fees & automatic conversion of Associate Members to Life Members upon graduation.

EGM is open to Life Members only.
