About the event

Jumping from one organisation to another, especially within a short timeframe, is often frowned upon. But in today’s dynamic job market, the trade-off between job loyalty and job security has increasingly been challenged.  Are employees missing out on career advancement by staying in the same job for years? Are companies more willing to hire talents with diverse experiences and skillsets? And how have factors such as generational preferences, technological advances, and the rise of non-traditional work arrangements impacted the employer-employee relationship?

Speakers:

Ng Su Fen, Counsellor (Arts and Social Sciences ’14)

Tushar Tejuja, Founder, Scout and HackerTrail
