Stand Up Paddle Boarding or SUP as its known within the community is an offshoot surf sport that originated in Hawaii — and its growing exponentially. It’s easy to learn, you get a full body workout (bikini bod, hello!), and the whole family can get in on it — pooch included. What’s not to love?
